Referral Agreement
I would like to be considered a candidate for a 1Agent client referral.
I agree to provide the following services to the referred client:
Buyer related services and promises:
* Single agency - I agree not to engage in any representation
that involves dual agency. If there are homes that the client might be
interested for which I have a conflict of interest, then I will immediately
contact 1Agent. I will not attempt to refer the client to another agent.
*Fiduciary duties- You will give Me your undivided loyalty, and
owe to Me ALL the duties that an agent owes his or her principal under
the common law of agency. You will represent my best interests at all times
and place my interests above all others, especially your own.
* Home inspection - I agree to recommend a home inspection and
will recommend a home inspector who I believe is reasonably priced and
highly skillful.
* Real estate attorney - I will recommend that the client obtains
a real estate attorney to review the Purchase Agreement before it is presented
to the Listing Agent or Seller.
Seller related services and promises:

Said fee will be paid upon a successful closing. Payment will be
made within 5 days of closing. If my broker does not pay the agreed referral
fee and 1Agent institutes collection proceedings, I and my broker agree
to pay for 1Agent's attorney fees and other reasonable costs of collection,
plus permissible interest from the date of closing.
Both 1Agent and 1Agent's clients are encouraged and expected to rely
on the above statements as being true and accurate in their decision to
select me as a 1Agent referral.
